In just 48 days Rob has lost 30 lbs counting Weight Watchers points, Wii Fit, and basketball. He feels great and claims to be moving much easier and is sleeping much better. Granted he looks the same to anyone of us but the scales don't lie. Only 20 more to go!

Emma wanted to make sure that everyone knew he uses a fraction of the insulin that he used to use. On most days he does not even use Humalog (fast acting insulin) He does use Lantus as normal however His A1c results have dropped dramatically and his blood pressure is under control. Dr. West is quite pleased.

If he were to miss one type of food it would be Papa John's Pizza (or Emma's home made pizza which is just as good).

When you lose that last 20, do you know how the maintenence phase works on WW? I believe you add 5 pts and keep a weekly total of 28 exercise points to keep the weight off forever. You can do it!

WOW I am so proud of you. What an accomplishment. And your health is so much better. Rob, be proud of yourself this is wonderful and something I have never been able to do. you definately have your fathers genes. He could lose weight too. Not me. that pizza does sound wonderful.

That is great news, I never knew that you could stop taking some medicines. But then again i don't know how these work. My father-in-law never played by the rules so he was never healthy. :(

It is great to see the couple working out together and staying healthy for life!
